The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) recognizes the vital role of it’s partners in governance, particularly those of the Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), the Local Government Units (LGUs) and People’s Organizations (Pos), among others. The DSWD Field Office 1 had already organized the Area Based Standards Network namely ABSNet Pangla (Pangasinan and La Union).
